Perforation with φ 0.1 and more is possible with a drill of stainless steel. Processing is done at one chuck by using of NC precision lathe, and it should be suitable to nozzles which need high level of precision.

About 70% of our products assembled with processed goods and metals like stainless steel. Size of stainless parts should be naturally minute as they are connected to minute jewels as well. Ogura is good at micro precision processing of metals like stainless steel.

This is a special nozzle for a liquid discharge outlet. At same time liquid is discharged from a central hole, liquid comes into from the outer ditch. This is a two liquid-mixing type of nozzle.

Nozzles can be customized for special uses and special shapes.

Resin nozzles are used for semiconductor manufacturing equipment. This nozzle is made by precision processing of polyimide resin which has high heat resisting property.

Hole with φ 0.1 and more is possible and can be customized as a bottleneck shape of tip end with fine pitch.

A single crystal silicon is made to a needle shape. A single crystal silicon is quarried to a square bar, and by rounding it to a round bar. After that, that round bar is made to a needle shape by processing its tip with R form.

Not only silicon, but also varieties of materials like hard brittle materials can be made to needle shapes.
